Thanks so much for the encouragement. I have been making a version of the applebee's salad at home. I use bagged lettuce the feild greens kind, just use something with a variety of lettuce and maybe some carrots, then add fried wanton noodles (they are 130 cals a serving so maybe you could use half) and grilled chicken marinated in teryaki sauce (I leave out the nuts). Then for the dressing I use Tamari Mustard by San-J it is fat free and has only 25 cals per 2 tbsp serving. Not exactly the same taste but similar. If using the whole serving of noodles the salad is about 380 cals. and there is alot of it. Try that when you are looking for something a bit different. Keep up the good work.
