February 04 04 weigh inGreat weekend. Did not stick to planned diet but did pretty good. I did not lose any
weight but I'm still happy with what I am doing. My plan for the week is to walk 3 miles at least 3 times this week and to do some muscle toning at least 3 times this week.
To continue to watch my calories. I feel like part of the reason im not getting bigger #'s is because I'm not eating enough so i will increase to 1200 and see how that goes along with the excersise.
